Reflect

Narrator: Tabitha of The Pairabirds

I needed a new hand mirror. A mirror is one of the most important tools in an artist repertoire. How else will I know how to draw a happy face or a flummoxed face if I don't pose in front of a mirror?

I picked up a retro little mirror from Kate Black. It features an illustration from an old 70s shoot em' up, badass movie. It's a nice size, too. Kate Black has a lot of nifty pocket mirrors. I'm so tempted to buy some more. For what reason; I don't know. I guess I'll keep one in my studio, one for applying makeup, one to see what's going on behind, one to reflect the sunlight into my room...
