Renovation Everywhere

Part of last night and this morning I did a little site renovating. As you can see above, I changed the banner. Also, a few of the widgets were pulled in exchange for regular links. You can see that on the left.
My main site had a redo this morning. What a pain. My web host (is that what it's called?) doesn't provide batch operations. A lot of changes have to be made one.at.a.time.

A few buttons changed, the gallery was updated, and so was the Follow category (formerly Join the Crew).
